The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 58 An                       
Act relating to the privilege to drive of minors and to the penalty for        
the consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages by persons                
under 21 years of age and recommended that the Health, Education               
and Social Services Committee Substitute offered on page 871 be                
adopted.  Signing do pass:  Senator Taylor, Chair, Senators Parnell,           
Miller, Pearce.
